Classes for Adults

All classes are currently online via Zoom. Unless noted, all classes cost $360 for an 8 week term and meet for 1 hour per week. Adult class sizes are limited. Books are required for each class and must be purchased separately. Enrollment in Anar Center classes is subject to our Terms of Service. New classes and courses are updated prior to the start of each term.

Persian 1 - Intro (Adult)

This is an introductory course ideal for total beginners with no familiarity with the Persian language or alphabet.

Persian 2 - Beginner (Adult)

This is a continuation course for Persian 1 Intro students, catering to native and non native individuals who are familiar with the Persian alphabet and have a little reading, writing and speaking knowledge.
Class options: Wednesdays at 5:30pm

Persian 2+ - Beginner Plus (Adult)

This is a continuation course for Persian 2 students, catering to native and non native individuals who are familiar with the Persian alphabet and have a little reading, writing and speaking knowledge.
Class options: Mondays at 6:15pm

Persian 4+ - Advanced Plus (Adult)

This is a continuation course for Persian 4 Advanced students, catering to native and non native individuals who can read, write and speak fluently and are able to read and understand written texts such as newspapers and books. Class options: Thursdays at 5:30pm

Persian 13 + - Advanced Plus (Adult)

This is a continuation course for Persian 13 Advanced Plus students, catering to native and non native individuals who can read, write and speak fluently and are able to read and understand written texts such as newspapers and books.
Class options: Tuesdays at 6:00pm

AnarKids Classes (Ages 5 to 13)

AnarKids Persian 1 (Ages 5 - 6)

This course introduces kids ages 5 to 6 to the Persian alphabet and common daily vocabulary. Parents, grandparents, friends and family will love the Farsi their AnarKids start speaking after a few weeks. No previous knowledge needed.

AnarKids Persian 1 (Ages 7 - 10)

This introductory course teaches kids ages 7 to 10 to read, write and speak in Farsi with a playful and easy to understand way so they enjoy the learning process. No previous knowledge needed.

AnarKids Persian 9 (Ages 7 - 10)

This is the continuation course of AnarKids Persian 8 for kids ages 7 to 10. This course further enhances and teaches kids ages 7 to 10 to read, write and speak in Farsi with a playful and easy to understand way so they enjoy the learning process.

This is the continuation course of AnarKids Persian 13 for kids ages 7 to 10. This course further enhances and teaches kids ages 7 to 10 to read, write and speak in Farsi with a playful and easy to understand way so they enjoy the learning process.

AnarKids Persian 16 (Ages 7 - 10)

This is the continuation course of AnarKids Persian 15 for kids ages 7 to 10. This course further enhances and teaches kids ages 7 to 10 to read, write and speak in Farsi with a playful and easy to understand way so they enjoy the learning process.

Anarkids Persian Intermediate 20 (Ages 7 - 10)

This is the continuation course of AnarKids Persian Intermediate 19 for kids ages 7 to 10. This course further enhances and continues the reading , writing and speech skills of kids ages 7 to 10.

Anarkids Persian Intermediate 1 (Ages 11 - 13)

This is the continuation course of AnarKids Persian 20 for kids ages or age appropriate group). This course further enhances and continues the reading , writing and speech skills of kids ages 7 to 10.

Anarkids Persian Advanced 3 + (Plus)(Ages 11 - 13)

This is the continuation course of AnarKids Persian Advanced 3 for kids ages or age appropriate group). This course further enhances and continues the reading , writing and speech skills of kids ages 7 to 10.
